Michael put a positive perspective on the unexpected change in his life (Parkinson's) and became an activist to discover the cure. What I appreciated from this book was that he showed that we don't need to allow life barriers/challenges to stop us from being positive and hopeful to keep doing what's best for us and our loved ones. He had to create a new "life' to adapt with what he's capable of, and he showed me that we can create a satisfied life for ourselves and loved ones, regardless of whatever life throws at us.
