I thought the book has some useful advice that I can note to try in real-life situations when dealing with conflicts between people and how to strategically resolve them towards the things that the group is trying to achieve. It would be helpful in everyday life and also in work situations, as we need to learn how to work with people who might not necessarily have similar ways of thinking. Conflicts are unavoidable, and it is useful ot have these skills and knowledge in our back pockets for when we need them.

A general thought I got from this book is that we first need to learn about ourselves, our boundaries, and our values before we can meaningfully work with others. This book took a bit long for me to finish because I started the book right before I started my Master's, and I didn't get to continue reading the book until now due to school work, but it was still interesting to read anyway. One of the things I remember from the book is that I should treat people with kindness, especially when I am in the most emotional stage because it might not be worth it in the long term to be rude to anybody anyway.
