What I am going to provide here is for educational purposes only, as I am not a professional therapist and I do not have any formal education to counsel anyone. All I have is my limited personal experience, and I hope what I am listing here can be helpful for you to learn about what you are going through so that you can find the correct resources and help as needed.

 

Having a mental health sickness is not a stigma. It doesn't define you, and there are ways to help you fight it. I am grateful for the resources that are available on the internet, (because I can't always afford to see a therapist), whose posts are very relatable and they have helped me feel better many times.

P.S. I will also include resources about health in general, in addition to the mental health resources, because I believe that when our bodies feel good and healthy, we tend to also feel better. So stay active, friends, and family. (and me).
