I have heard so much about this book, and I unconsciously built a lot of expectations for it. Not always a good habit. :)
The book was easy to read, great flow, and Mark did a great job at making it very relatable to our everyday lives. I like how honest Mark gets when he examines a few situations in life. Mark gives many great examples and shares experiences that made me reflect and maybe do better, be more gentle with myself and my life, and let things go a bit sooner.
There were a few places where I thought that it wasn't appropriate, and this one was the main one that I remember:
On page 10, 2nd paragraph, where it writes: "[...] We realize that we're never going to cure cancer or go to the moon or feel Jennifer Aniston's tits. And that's okay. life goes on.[...]" - I cannot speak for Jennifer, but I don't feel comfortable reading this.
