I learned a lot about myself from this book. I learned about the best way is to show up as an introvert without having to lessen my presence or light.
What's interesting to me was when Susan mentioned multiple case scenarios of what's best to do when there is a conflict between introverts and extroverts, and what the ways are to make things work out without having to break things apart.
She also managed to help me feel hopeful that because I don't speak up much doesn't necessarily mean that I won't succeed. This book was also helpful for me in terms of what I am passionate about when it comes to my career. The book is a bit slow at the beginning for me, but I finished it so fast as I got into it.
